Do I need an appointment?
No — our self-wash stations are walk-in only. Come in anytime during store hours and we'll set you up right away.
What do I need to bring?
Just your dog. Shampoo, conditioner, towels, force dryer, apron and gloves are all included — nothing to bring from home.
How long does a self-wash take?
Most washes take 30–45 minutes depending on size and coat. Our force dryers cut drying time significantly versus a home blow dryer.
Is it safe for puppies?
Yes. We stock gentle, puppy-safe shampoos. If your puppy has had all their shots, they're welcome at the self-wash.
Can I add grooming after the wash?
Absolutely. Our groomers are on-site for nail trims, ear cleaning and other add-ons. Just ask at check-in.
What is Happy Hour?
Tuesday through Thursday, 3–5 PM, self-washes are just $15. No coupon needed — mention Happy Hour at the counter.
